Elizabeth Williams de Garcia is an American printmaker who is currently based in Austin, Texas. She has had exhibitions in The Netherlands, Italy, Serbia, Guatemala, and the United States. Her etchings have been included in the Fifth and Sixth editions of the International Printmaking Biennale in Cacak, Serbia (2022, 2024) and in the 8th edition of the Chianciano Biennale in Chianciano Terme, Italy (2024). Her artwork, Dry Fantasy, is a part of the Permanent Collection of the Museo D’Arte Chianciano Terme.

She completed her BFA in Printmaking from the University of Louisiana in 2014. From 2016-2018, she lived and worked as an artist in Guatemala, where she worked at Galeria Rozas-Botran in Guatemala City. From 2018 to 2024, she lived in The Netherlands. In 2023, her duo exhibition Dog Tails & Rabbit Furs was featured in the Contemporary Art Program of The Hague, Hoogtij #73, and she was a finalist in the Business Art Awards in Utrecht. Williams de Garcia was a member of the Grafische Werkplaats while in The Hague, and is a current member of Flatbed Press in Austin, Texas.
