Elizabeth Williams de Garcia is an American printmaker who is currently based in Austin, Texas. She has had exhibitions in The Netherlands, Italy, Serbia, Guatemala, and the United States. Her etchings have been included in the 5th and 6th editions of the International Printmaking Biennale in Cacak, Serbia (2022, 2024) and in the 8th edition of the Chianciano Biennale in Chianciano Terme, Italy (2024). Her work is in included in the permanent collection of the Museo D’Arte Chianciano Terme.

She received her BFA in Printmaking from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2014. From 2016–2018, she lived and worked as an artist in Guatemala, where she worked at Galería Rozas-Botrán in Guatemala City. From 2018 to 2024, she lived in the Netherlands. In 2023, Dog Tails & Rabbit Furs, a duo exhibition, was featured in The Hague’s contemporary art program, Hoogtij #73, and she was a finalist in the Business Art Awards in Utrecht. In 2026, she was selected as one of PrintAustin’s Texas 5×5 artists. Williams de Garcia was a member of the Grafische Werkplaats while in The Hague and is a current member of Flatbed Press in Austin, Texas.
